To set document:

 click on file file menu is displayed click on new document setup dialogue box is displayed by using the setting option we can create the document.

paze size: some available standard size will be displayed by clicking down arrow. select one and click on it.

dimensions: by using this command, we can set the page length and breadth. if we select hte page, automatically the dimensions changes according to page.


orientation: this command will be used to create the document as to all or wide., click the option according to page set up.

options: using this command we can print the matter as we required.

number of pages: by using this option, we can say how many pages we are going to create.

margins: before typing the matter on pages, we have to leave some space in left, right, top and bottom. by using this better we can set the margins according to us.

target output resolution: this will show the dots per inch when we print the document. commonly it was set up as 300 dpi.

compose to printer: we have to select the prints name before we print the document. at the same time we have to lead the printer software also . after completion of all settings click on OK.
