Insert object: 

This is used to create tables easily.. click on edit edit menu is displayed.
from edit menu click on insert object insert object  dialogue box is displayed. click on radio button o create a new. select on option by clicking sown arrow click on the option. new table dialogue box is displayed set the options ans click on OK a new table will be displayed.

type menu: type menu will have so many options.

font menu: when we click on font so many fonts displayed . we can load the fonts that we like. if they are more, some difficulty occurs. according to necessity load them.

size: by using this we can increase order crease the size of letters we can also change the sizes, fonts style by using control palette.
this is 12 Th font size 
this is 14 Th font size
this is 16 Th font size
this is 18 Th font size
this is 24 Th font size

leading: the gap between the lines is called leading. we can decrease or increase the gap between the lines by using this.while doing book work or wedding card, depending upon the space we can set the page. it is very easy to do from control palette.

to open control palette.: click on windows show control palette.

type style: we can choose the style of the letters. we can select any option as we remained from sub menu of type style apple 

expert tracking: a function is used to parallel the personal gap between the letters. tracking is used to parallel the gap between all the selected sentence words.

character specification: click on type type menu is displayed 

click on character character specification dialogue box is displayed. according ot he work select the option that required to our work and click on OK.

automatically the options will be applicable to the matter that we are doing.

paragraph:
while doing the job work of books of pamphlets, there will be some headings,subheading, and texts.we want some space between them.

click on type type menu is displayed from type menu select and click on paragraph.
paragraph specifications dialogue box is displayed. set all the options as per out requirements to keep the gaps between the paragraphs. click on OK.
