undo copy>Z: when we cut a matter from the running document. but we the same again in the same place, use this command or control. note that after cutting the matter other command should not be used so that this command will work.
cut>x command: while we doing book work, we require some sentences or paras to be inserted to another page, we will use this command.
copy>c command : while we doing book work we want some matters  or heading to be inserted in another page by keeping the matter in the save place, we use this command., by using this command we will paste the matter so many times in so many places until we have not changed the copy matter.

paste>v command: it is used to place the cut of copy matters 

clear delete: it is used to remove the mistakes or unnecessary things in our document.

select all>a command: this command is used to select all the matter at once in the document.we can use this to we are in text tool or points pool.

deselect all sh>a command: after selecting all the matter in document, if we don't want the matte, click on deselect or after use of it deselect if. otherwise any key in keyboard was pressed by mistake all the matter will be deleted.

paste multiple: it is used to place the matter, figure, graphics at once in another place. if we want it so many times, we can came it at once by ding.

select the matter and click on paste multiple. paste multiple dialogue box is displayed. set all the options and click on OK.
