Reverting to an older version of a document:

A lot of time will be saved  by revert. just  we made  a series of changes that were wrong . undo command wont find things. top open the last version we will use revert.

To use revert: 

click on file file menu is displayed select and click on revert option. a dialogue box is displayed. click on OK button of dialogue box asking if you really want to do this the document reverts back to however it was last saved.

page maker tool box:
on the pagemaker screen, the tool box is displayed at the left side of screen. if the tool box is not available on the screen

to get toolbox: 
click on window window menu is appeared.
click on show tools.
automatically toolbox window appear in front of document window.

to hide the tool bar: 
click on window window menu bar will appear. select and click on hide tools.

tool box:
pointer box: to select the objects, we use this tool. before selecting the object, click on pointer tool and then click on object.

text tool: we use this tool to type  the matter. click the mouse pointer an text tool (to) from toolbox. mouse pointer will changes to black  tall line. it is known as text cursor. keep the text cursor inside the margin and click, then start typing. when we reach to end of right margin automatically the letters will be brought to next line. to change a para, click on enter key. after completion of the line only.


rotating tool: to rotate the selected matter into the required task (360 to 0.0a) the matter be text or graphics.
