indent/tabs:
these indent tools will be used to give some gap start paragraphs. if we use space bar the gaps will be different in entire matter. it is also used in table work.
click on type type menu is displayed from type menu select and click on indent/tabs  indent/tabs dialogue box is displayed set the option and click on OK

alignment: this is used to set the paragraphs. we can set them as align left, align centre, align right, justify, force justify.

It get alignment:

click on type type menu is displayed from the type menu select and click on alignment. from alignment sub menu select the option and apply it.
a figure is greater than thousand words. we can express the feeling in one figure that cant be expressed  in thousand of words. to move the figures in page maker we use icon in the tool box . first click on this icon, next click on the figure and then move it. we cannot select the figures, boxes with text tools. we can select them with print tool. to select the box, first click  on pointer tool and keep the pointer on box and click to select. we can move them to another place by dragging them by pressing the mouse on selected one.


to increase figures, boxes etc...
first select the item keep the pointed on the corners dots of selected item and drag them to required size.

elements menu:
fill: it is used to fill the colours, lines, dots etc.. we can fill them in require percentages. 100% means it is full dark black. draw the box, select the box , click on fill, from sub menu select the percentage and click on it.

fill and stroke:
we can give tint separately to fill and stroke.also we can change strokes.

arrange:
by using command we can change the two or three boxes up and down, it is used to move upper box to lower, lower to upper. in this arrange, there are 4 options.

bring to front:
it is used to bring the box or figure to the front. for example while we are making a document there is a matter with back ground tint. by can use this to bring the matter front, the background down.

send to back:
it is used to send the front one to bottom. first select the box of figure to send bottom, click on this command automatically the box or figure comes down.

stroke
it is used to fix the thickness of lines around the box or figures.

to get stroke:

click on elements elements sub menu is displayed from sub menu select and click on stroke. from stroke options select one and click on it.
